Elm Coffee Roaster

How perfect is it to talk about good coffee on a day like today. It’s super windy with rain (surprise!) which equals sideway rain; the worse walk to work weather. Picture skirt flying, umbrella flipping inside out and me squealing.

As part of my coffee shop series, I would like to introduce you to another one I frequent, Elm Coffee Roasters. It’s located in Pioneer Square which is across town for me so being able to come here for a cup of coffee is a treat. I will typically visit whenever I’m having brunch in the neighborhood.

 My Recommendations: 

Order an Americano // you’ll get the real taste of their coffee roasted in house.

Go ahead and order a pastry // baked fresh daily from The London Plane, you won't be disappointed.

Grab a seat by the window // between working on your laptop and sneaking in a bite of that awesome pastry, this is the perfect spot for people watching.

    This coffee shop definitely gives me a woodsy yet not overly rustic feel. I light the brightness and openness of the space. :)
